    Included glass bottle packing, pop can packing, fresh keg packing. Pop can and fresh keg are much simple compared glass bottle packing.  

    1Glass bottle packing

    Included: Bottle discharge machine, bottle washing machine, filling machine, sterilize machine, label machine, print machine, box up machine, pipelines and valves and control machine. Inthem, discharge machine contains loading machine and collate machine, accompanied with bottle washing machine.
       Bottle washing machine

    Included bottle pass in and out equipment, chain, dip and lye dip system. Machine rack, bar bed, liquid pressure equipment, heating system, spray pump system, water cycle, electricity power control system.

    Bottle washing process:

    Empty bottle in→get→35℃water dip→dip sterilize for the first time. 70-75℃, 2-3%NaOH liquid→spray for the first time, 0.2-0.25MPa→dip sterilize for the second time, 60-70℃, 1-2% NaOH liquid→spray for the second time→low the temperature→out→inspection the bottle.

    Filling machine contains transport system, bottle feeding, bottle lifting system, liquid control equipment, and filling valves system.

    The quantity of the filling valves determined the packing capacity, the diameter of the turnplate is from 1.45m, the capacity is from 10,000 to 50,000 bottles per hour. Automatic to control the speed, fit for all kinds of breweries.

    Lid Capper machine usually contains bottle rotate platform, rotate slideway. Rotate head, height control equipment, hopper and so on. It is usually combined with filling machine, drivered by one same program, working at the same time.

    As the capper time is shorter than filling time, so the capper head is less than filling head. The process is: Send→location→press→return.

    Sterilize machine contains: transport system, spray system and cycle system.

    Through the tunnel type spray sterilize machine, The bottle sent from one side to the other side slowly, After heating, warm keeping, cooling this three process, finished the whole pasteurization.

    The beer bottles will pass by series of temperature areas, the sterilize time is about 1 hour, the top temperature can achieve 60-62℃, maintain 1020 minutes.

     Label machine contains label box, label getting plate, label nip .The process contains three parts: the turning of the bottle, label, gluewater.

    Packing machine has two types: carton packing and plastic film packing. Manufactured by professional company.

    2pop can packing

    Included collate machine, transport machine, filling machine, mouth capper machine. Usually the process is automatic, the workroom is asepsis

    The wrappage contains two parts, made in tinplate; the filling process contains armor plate print, can making by pressure, lid making, sterilize, asepsis packing.

    3Fresh keg packing

    Included keg washing machine, filling machine, mouth capper machine, transport machine.

    Process: pressure keeping 04℃0.40.5MP in bright beer tank→clean keg→prepared CO2→filling and discharge the pressure→mouth capper.
