In 2001, he joined in Zhongde Equipment Co., Ltd.Shandong, worked as assistant manager, in charge of technology and service.

Now, he acts as Deputy General Manager, subordinate company general manager, general engineer and technology center executive director, person in charge of big customer ministry. He is familiar with beer system and malting technology, container and monosodium glutamates classes, in charge of technology, service management ect.daily working.

In 2010, he joined in Zhongde Equipment Co., Ltd.Shandong, worked as Assistant president.

In 1987, he has graduated from Shandong Institute of Light Industry.

From 1987 to 1997, he worked in a Large State-owned Military Industrial Enterprise, participated in developing the amino-acid and biology project.
From 1997 to 2003, he took part in establishments of Medical Equipment Company and acted as factory director.
In 2004, he joined in Zhongde Equipment Co.,Ltd.Shandong, in charge of design of biochemistry and pharmacy equipment.

After he joined Zhongde, he acted as Manager of Technique Department and Chief Engineer.

Now, he acts as Director of Technical Committee, in charge of technology design of monosodium glutamate and biochemical enzyme preparation technology, container classes and assembly equipment.

From 2002 to 2005, she was working in a large Machine Plant of Shandong as the director of processing technical.

From 2005 to 2008, she was studying for master degree in the North China University of Technology.

In 2008, she joined Zhongde and was appointed as the director of Technology Center; she is good at mechanical design, machinofacture and in charge of technology design and the management of Technology Center.

In 2008, he joined Zhongde and was appointed as deputy director of Technical Committee.

In 1995, he has graduated from Institute of traditional Chinese of Shandong.

In June 2001, he joined in Zhongde Equipment Co., Ltd.Shandong, works as Production Deputy Manager, Quality inspecting manager, hard technology vice-manager, one of researchers of the fifth generation beer equipment control system.

He is familiar with project item and electronic automation equipment, now he acts as Deputy director of Technical Committee and Director of test plant.

From Oct.2005 to Feb.2007, he worked as secretary of technical quality department.

From Aug.2007 to Feb.2009, he worked as executive vice president of a large brewing company.

From 1972 to 2003, he was working at state-owned large-scale textile enterprise, acted as workshop manager, new product development office director.
In 2004, he joined Zhongde as director of mechanical department.
In 2006, he acted as product manager, in charge of producing and management of all kinds of common products.
He is being very useful at mechanical, frock classes equipment etc., pressure vessel measure equipment responsibility engineer,produceing consultant(device management advanced technician), now he acts as technical adviser and Deputy director of Technical Committee.

From 1969 to 1976, he acted as shop manager and technical engineer at one Steel Group.

In May 2007, he joined Zhongde Company as engineer, Member of Technology Committee, in charge of welding research, innovation, technology reform.
